Information we collect

For people who contact us or hire us: name, company, job title, phone number, email, country, and the messages they send us.

Service operations data: information customers upload to their account, and calls and conversations with their own contacts (recordings, transcripts, and extracted data), which we process on the customer’s behalf.

How we use it

Necessary purposes: to respond to your request, set up your trial or account, provide the service, bill you, and offer support.

Additional purposes: to send you information about Ejecutivo and related services. You may opt out by writing to saul@activarventasb2b.com.

Our customers’ contact data

When a business uses Ejecutivo to call or answer calls from its contacts, that business is responsible for that data, informing them that calls may be recorded, and obtaining their consent. Ejecutivo processes the data only to provide the service and in accordance with your instructions.

Who we share them with

With the technology providers that make the service possible (telephony, voice, transcription, artificial intelligence models, and hosting), some of whom are located outside Mexico, including in the European Union and the United States, under confidentiality obligations. We do not sell your data.

Your rights

You may access, correct, cancel, or object to the use of your data (ARCO rights), including automated processing, and withdraw your consent by emailing saul@activarventasb2b.com with your name, the right you wish to exercise, and a copy of your ID. We will respond within a maximum of 20 business days.
