Who provides the service

Ejecutivo is a service provided by Saúl Enrique Castillo Valdés, doing business as ACTIVAR B2B, with an address in Monterrey, Nuevo León, Mexico (“Ejecutivo”). By purchasing or using the service, you agree to these terms.

The service

Ejecutivo is an AI voice agent that answers and makes calls, books appointments, transfers calls to people, and records information from every call. Features included in each plan are listed on the pricing page.

Trial

The trial lasts 7 days and includes 30 minutes. When it ends, your account is paused unless you choose a plan.

Payments and minutes

Plans are paid monthly in advance, with no fixed term. Prices do not include taxes. Minutes are billed by the second from the moment the call is answered, with a 30-second minimum per answered call; additional minutes are charged at the current rate. We will notify you of any price changes at least 30 days in advance.

Phone numbers

Local numbers may require business documents depending on the country. You can use your own number or phone line.

Outbound calls and acceptable use

You agree to call only people who have given you permission; to exclude numbers on Mexico’s REPEP registry (or REUS, if you offer financial services), on the do-not-call registries of each contact’s country and on your own do-not-call list; to observe reasonable hours and the laws of each contact’s country; and not to make deceptive, repeated, unsolicited mass, or impersonation calls. We may suspend any account that violates these rules.

AI and call recording

The agent identifies itself as an AI virtual assistant and can notify callers that the call is being recorded. It responds using the information you provide and may make mistakes; you are responsible for that information and for any commitments your business makes to its contacts.

Availability

We do our best to keep the service available at all times, but interruptions may occur due to maintenance or third-party outages, such as those affecting phone carriers or messaging platforms.

Data

Your account information and your contacts' information belong to you. You can export it or request its deletion. Data processing is governed by our privacy notice.

Liability

Ejecutivo’s liability is limited to the amount paid for the service in the last three months. We are not liable for lost sales, third-party decisions, or penalties resulting from calls that violate these terms or the law.

Cancellation

Cancel anytime via WhatsApp or email; service remains active until the end of the month you’ve paid for.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Mexico. Any dispute will be resolved in the courts of Monterrey, Nuevo León.
